I have many years working in the field of education, from ESL teaching to actively involving in the process of producing print / digital educational products. No matter which position I have held and no matter where I have been, people often find me a dedicated, self-motivated team player with high responsibility attitude.

For the past two year, I've worked as an E-learning Developer at SHRM College in Singapore, where I write, design and develop online learning resources for adult learners, mainly helping them sharpen their skills in Hospitality. I particularly enjoy working with the Lecturers when I can make use of my teaching experiences with instructional design skills to create a learning solution that can meet the needs of all stakeholders.

My interest in Learning and Development began in 2012 while I was finishing my master degree in Educational Technology in the Netherlands. Since then, everyday I have been working toward my dream to train myself to become an E-learning Professional. Nothing at work can make me happier than the satisfaction from my customers when they find the learning programs that I created engaging and useful for them.

When I'm not writing, designing or developing e-learning, I love to spend time with my family, especially my little girl Sofia. Both my husband and I were born and grew up in Vietnam, but now we enjoy living in Singapore. We really love this clean and peaceful country.
